Track and Field in Victoria BC is getting under way!  The season runs from mid April through July. During April, May and June the Vancouver Athletics Association (VIAA) clubs host seven track meets at different locations on Vancouver Island. Athletes, 9 years and older, compete against their peers in a wide range of events. Athletes may also travel to the mainland for competitions. In July, qualifying athletes compete at the BC and Canadian Championships.
